International arrivals into USA Airports: If you are arriving from an international destination, due to Airport regulations we are unable to meet you at the head of the airbridge. The meeting point for these services will therefore be at the arrival’s hall outside of customs/immigration.

Our Greeter will be waiting at the end of the Air Bridge with a name sign, as the Passengers disembark the plane.

Upon meeting the Passengers, our Greeter will assist them to the Immigration & Customs counters and will help Expedite all passengers through the process including Passport Control and Security Checkpoints.

Once all the security procedures are completed our Greeter will assist the Passengers through the Baggage Reclaim Hall* and on through the Arrivals Hall.

Our Greeter will liaise with the Driver prior to your arrival and arrange a meeting point ensuring a smooth handover and completion of service.

*baggage porters can be added to your service for an additional cost (depending on number of bags)

*In the event a baggage porter is requested on the day of service, we will endeavour to provide this subject to availability. By providing this service you agree to pay the additional charge upon receipt of invoice.

Due to the nature of airport operations, flights may be subject to last minute gate changes, so if you cannot see your Meet & Assist agent then please call the reservations center (US: +1-866-662-4952 / UK: +44-8000-124-007 / IN: +91-000-800-919-0604). It is the responsibility of the arriving passenger to make sure they meet the agent at the top of the jet bridge before commencing on their onward journey.

If the passenger continues with their journey without approaching the waiting agent(s) or contacting the reservations center then it will be considered as no show and may result in your booking being canceled at full charge.

A contact number must be provided as part of the booking process. Global Airport Concierge Upgrade cannot take responsibility for services which cannot be fulfilled due to not being able to contact the passenger.

Our Greeter will begin by contacting the Driver prior to your arrival in order to arrange a meeting point at the curbside of the Airport.

The Greeter will then assist the Passengers through Passenger and Luggage* Check-In where they will then be taken through to the entrance of the Immigration & Customs.

Here the Passengers will be expedited through as quickly as possible with our Greeter.

Once the Agent has assisted the Passengers through all security formalities they will take the Passengers to their Departure Gate where our Agent will depart.
