We will track and expedite the return of airline delayed baggage for the first 96 hours from when the destination flight lands. Passengers will receive automatic updates every time there is any change to the status of their mishandled bag. If we fail to locate the misplaced luggage within 96 hours (4 days), we will pay $1,000 USD as our Satisfaction Guarantee.
